TAKE RISK (3)
I am sure that after reading about taking risk in the last two days, you really want to take a risk to better your life. But before you start taking any risk, kindly read this short story to understand better.
I had an uncle who was a driver to a bank, he had been a driver to the bank for more than fifteen years. It happened that some of the staff in the banks were obtaining loans to acquired real estates and one of the staff advised him to obtain the loan and buy a piece of land and erect his own house.
He thought about taking the loan and how he is going to pay the huge interest. Yet, he summoned courage and applied for the loan, he was given the loan and he bought a land and erected a three-bedroom apartment on it.
Just two years after he the completion the building, there were reforms in the banking sector and it affected most banks forcing the banks to lay-off most of their staff.
He was among the staff that was laid off by his bank and he was given a little sum as pay-off after the loan had been deducted. I just pitied those staff that were laid off who didn’t have a house of their own.
If he had not taken that risk and applied for that loan many years ago, he won’t had erected his own house and being a landlord today. What is preventing you from taking that risk? Why are you so scared? Go ahead and take that loan. Start up that business with that little capital. Speak to that individual who you think will sponsor you. Go ahead and purchase that exam form.
Register for that course. It is worth the risk and don’t wait any longer. Go ahead and take the risk.
