After the lockdown was eased and schools reopened, I had to pause my business for a while. I had just moved to a new location and needed time to settle in. When we resumed catering school, we were taught how to bake and decorate cakes, alongside learning how to make a variety of mouth-watering pastries.
Fast forward to life after catering school, I picked up my business again, this time with more confidence and skill. I returned to chinchin production and took a bold step by marketing my products to supermarkets, shops, and even pharmaceutical stores.
I’ll never forget the first cake I got paid to make, it was ordered by my Pastor
. That moment was special and encouraging. Since then, I’ve baked cakes for birthdays, special events, and celebrations. I’ve made pastries in large and small quantities for different occasions. And to this day, I consistently make and sell my signature crunchy chinchin and coated peanuts; fresh, tasty, and loved by many.

I’ve also taken a big step by officially registering my business. Over the years, I’ve invested in myself by attending numerous classes — both online and physical — to sharpen my skills and stay updated with new trends and techniques in the baking world. It hasn't been an easy journey, but I’m grateful for how far I’ve come. I'm constantly learning, improving, and pushing myself to grow.
I believe in this dream, and I’m hopeful for more. I'm open to opportunities, collaborations, partnerships, and any kind of support that can help my business grow even bigger. Whether it’s spreading the word, giving referrals, placing bulk orders, or offering advice; every little bit counts.
Thank you for following my journey so far. The best is still ahead.
