Have you ever noticed that some days you wake up with a burst of energy and a clear idea of what you want to accomplish, while other days, it's a struggle just to get out of bed?
That’s normal.
I mean! motivation can ebb and flow. But the secret is you can create habits that keep you motivated every day, even when you’re not feeling it.
I totally understand the feeling of always getting overwhelmed by your to-do list. The chaotic mornings–when you hurriedly get out of bed after realizing that you're running late for your lecture, work or appointment.
The thing is, such mornings set a negative tone for your entire day and significantly affect your productivity and state of mind.
I used to have those mornings a lot until I made a little adjustment that completely changed my life – something as simple as a commitment to wake up early and dedication to a morning routine–like getting a glass of water, a moment of prayer, a quick stretch( work out), observing a phone fast, listening to a podcast and five minutes of journaling about my goals for the day.
This can change anybody's life within a month.
The simple act of starting your day with an intention will give you the boost you need to tackle your tasks with energy and focus.
