A Mexico City police officer, Arizbeth Ambrosio, was promoted for breastfeeding a hungry baby during relief efforts in Acapulco following Hurricane Otis.

The baby, separated from his mother, hadn't eaten in 48 hours.

Ambrosio, a mother of two, was deployed to Acapulco with other officers and upon hearing the baby's cries, responded with immediate care.

Her act of kindness, captured in a photo, went viral, leading to her promotion for exemplifying humanity and service
