Ecclesiastes 10:10 says "If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct"
The above scripture explains why so many people put in so much effort and have little result, they have little or no success to show for all their efforts.
Why not sharpen your edge? By sharpening your edge means You should go for a refresher course? Study new skill, study new and better methods of doing news, be more diligent in your field, be versatile and go more more knowledge"
